Prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes.
What counts as a conversation?
One customer's messages on one channel within 24 hours. A customer who sends twelve messages about one order in an afternoon is one conversation.
What happens if I go over my plan?
Juboto keeps answering. On Helper Bot, extra conversations are $8 per 1,000 and on Mega Bot $6 per 1,000, billed at the end of the month. Mini Bot pauses the bot at 500 and sends new chats straight to your inbox.
Are WhatsApp charges included?
Meta's charges for business-initiated WhatsApp templates are passed through at cost and listed separately. Replying to customers inside the 24-hour window has no Meta charge.
Can I pay in Indian rupees?
Yes. Businesses billed in India can pay in INR by UPI, card or bank transfer, with a GST invoice. The rupee price is set at the start of each billing period.
Can I change plans later?
Upgrade at any time and the difference is charged pro rata. Downgrades apply from your next billing date.
Is there a contract?
Monthly plans can be cancelled any time. Yearly plans are paid upfront for 12 months at 20% less than monthly.
